Purchases
We want you to love every purchase from Fabrics by the Creek! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Due to the custom nature of fabric cuts, most of our items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a mistake on our end. That said, your satisfaction matters to us—if you believe there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.
Items must be in their original condition, not opened or used in anyway and must have the original paperwork and packaging. All products must be in new condition. The customer is responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund or store credit the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Flaws in fabric that we missed during cutting
If any of the above applies, please email us at hello@fabricsbythecreek.comwith your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items:
Books
Patterns
Fabric that has been cut, washed or altered in any way
Color variations due to screen settings.
Defective Items:
If an item is defective at time of arrival, you have 10 days from order date to call for return options. A picture of the item is required and can be emailed to us hello@fabricsbythecreek.comstating what is wrong with the item. Fabrics by the Creek must approve the return of the damaged item before a store credit or refund is issued.
Final Sale Items
Clearance items, gift cards and longarm quilting are final sales and non-returnable.
